Delana Formals is a bridal brand rooted in the feeling of being free in love.  Our style encapsulates the ethereal, modern, and sensual aspects  of bridal wear while providing each bride the opportunity to push traditional boundaries as they see fit.
We create for the woman who takes delight in dressing for her soul. Her tastes are modern and she appreciates vintage touches and stylings of romance.

Designed in Columbus Ohio by Sheila Salemme,  we offer styles from our collection as well as customized designs. Every single piece is made to order to avoid excess or waste.

about the designer

Sheila designed her first dress in the 4th grade during a "Life Skills" class and has been in love with the craft ever since. Her career began in college while studying at the Kent State University; there her passion flourished and skills perfected. Her work has graced the runways of New York and Los Angeles as she continued to design under other brands. 
One spring her dear friend was having a difficult time finding the perfect gown for her wedding day. After a long search Sheila knew she had to help. She turned to her tried and true designer skills and created a gown fitting for her friend; hence the birth of Delana Formals.
